FREE HENNEPIN COUNTY LIBRARY COMMUNITY CLASSES & SENIOR HOME LESSONS FOR 2012: 

-Community Education Classes at Hennepin County Library in March & May 2012. (See their website for schedule)

Have you always wanted to try your hand at mosaics, weaving, watercolor painting, card making, silk painting, or jewlery making but don't know where to start? Here's your chance! Classes are FREE due to the generous donation by "Friends of the Library", there are no tools or materials to buy, AND there are no extra fees. Discover basic techniques while learning to hand-craft a beautiful gift for yourself or a loved one. You will be amazed at what you can create. We will talk about the basics of materials, work through the project in a simple step by step process, and you will finish with your own small project.The skills acquired in this class can be applied to limitless projects both indoors and out.
